  We are a ministry of consolation and compassion - Christ's arms and voice to embrace and comfort the bereaved.
- There are many different ways to support this ministry. You can work around your schedule and availability.

  What We Do
  Our dedicated group of volunteers are here to listen and support you during this time of grief. Our Ministry Team attend the viewings of deceased parishioners and relatives of St. Bernard Church, to offer support and condolences. We also offer follow up outreach to those in need.
  
  Bereavement Support Sessions
  
  We are beginning our 5 week support sessions for those who are suffering a loss and would like to gather in the comfort of others. Our group is led by trained facilitators certified by the Family Life Office of the Archdiocese of Newark.
  
  Meetings are held on Wednesdays at 1:30-3pm on the following dates
  
  September 25th
  October 9th
  October 23rd
  November 6th
  November 20th
